i feel like if the online speech is being bout into school then it should be address because it effects people school life, which could lower grades.

Cyberbullying and Free Spreech
* I think it can go both way, because if the Internet drama is being bought into the school and keeping kids from learning and teachers from teaching then yes it does need to be addressed at school.
* Under current law, constitutes a true threat is a preventing fear, preventing the disruption that follows from that fear, and diminishing the likelihood that the threatened violence will occur.
